In theory, if there is only 1 single currency in the world for trading between nations then there should not be any economic conflict between groups like the present moment.
But now in the world, there are 150+ different currencies issued by the authorities.

And then you have each group have it own ideology about how to issue money, how to distribute the currency to the society.
Too much conflict and problem.

If 1 single currency can end the problem in theory and more different currencies will bring trouble, chaos, so if you can have several new currencies then the “problem” will be reduce.

It is impossible to build one world currency for many reasons from the interested conflict to human development evolution, thus that option is off the table.

So the next best option is having several regional continent currencies.

But the question is how to distribute those regional continent currencies to the public people in the most fair, balance and educated way.
If only care about the economy, then just each person a same number like 5000 in each different label present each region then let’s them trade.
But that not working because it like you giving people money instead giving people job.

We can have several new regional currencies such as: North America Dollar, South America Peso, Africa, West Europe, East Europe, West Asia, East Asia, Ocean Pacific.

But the question is how to give, distribute those new currencies into the society?
You need to find persons who truly “deserve” it?
And based on what metric?

What are the main ingredients of international trading made of between people?
1. Moving, travelling.
2. Communicating.

What are the proof of moving, travelling?
Visa, border control stamp and foreign currencies.

While the proof of communicating is foreign language.

So we can use 3 metrics to give people new regional continent currencies based on:
– Traveling history with the help of visa + border control stamps.
– Proof of international trading history is the real cash foreign money paper.
– The ability to communicate in foreign language(s).

Example:
– Person with travel history to other region will earn 1000 money for every 10 days. With the maximum of 180 days per year (when you stay out above 180 days means you no longer living in your original region who manage, issue the new regional continent currencies).

– People who have real cash foreign currencies can receive/trade the old foreign money to the new continent currencies with some special rule like:
+ For any old money paper have value below 1000: face value such as 100 for 100, 50 for 50.
+ For any old money paper have value above 1000: there will be delete of 6 to 9 zeroes.

The ability of speak foreign language will be later because it takes too much time to test people, not doable at the present time.
So now, the only “proof” should be used is the border control stamps, visa and foreign currencies.

The headquarters of each regional continent currencies could be the most influence powerful nation of that region such as United States, Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, India, China.

If you want to fair start then the total number of money in each region will be equal via person or via regional, thus each person will exchange to point first, then depend on the quantity, the amount money they will receive will be shared later.

The exchange trading rule between each region can be fixed and/or flexible such as sellers will only accept their regional currency or depend on the agreement between seller buyer.
While the fixed rules trade within each region will use the default regional continent currencies.

The important key ingredient for the society evolution is must be the new international personal passport.

In my vision, the new international personal passport is the new higher document class than the current national passports that everybody can obtain.

I will give you brief information and quick idea of how the new international personal passport should be.

The international personal passport will be designed for all world citizens but have complex requirement, rules in order for you to obtain it.

There will be total 5 level with different requirements.
But overall in order to obtain the new international personal passport: people must able to communicate in foreign languages and have been in foreign of that language for certain amount of days.

List of foreign languages will be from the top popular such as English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese.

So there will be a “room” to grow for both level and foreign language for the future.

The requirement for level 1 could be:
– User able to speak, communicate in 2 different languages: 1 foreign language (must in the top list) + 1 local language.
– Have travel, stayed for 30 days in any country that have official language is the foreign language.
– The old national passport must have stamp to prove user have been travel to foreign countries of least 90 days in entire life (counting from the time the program official open).

The requirement for level 2, 3, 4, 5 could be:
Level 1 + some new foreign language + more duration of visiting foreign countries.

Each national government will decide the “value” of each level international personal passport.
So they can issue “free travel” and “staying duration” for each level + language.

This program should be either non-profit or only the “rich money” need to pay the fee.

The benefit are huge because people must learn new foreign language, must travel to other nations.
Thus they will need to spend a lot of time to do some research + studying.

If you want to “insert” the money into the society, then the best way is give it for the “intelligence” one, the group of people who can speak many foreign languages.
